This policy explains what data the Cosmic Glow app collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier through Firebase Authentication.
• Birth details. Your date of birth, and optionally your birth time and birth place (including its coordinates and time zone), which you enter to generate your birth chart and readings.
• App activity. Product analytics events such as screens viewed and features used, collected via PostHog. Events are tied to a pseudonymous identifier.
• Purchase state. Whether you hold an active subscription or purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see your card details.
• Crash data. Crash logs and device diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Push token. A Firebase Cloud Messaging token, if notifications are enabled, used only to deliver notifications to your device.

How we use it

• Birth details are used to calculate your astrological chart and personalize readings. Chart calculation runs on your device.
• Account information links your profile and purchases across devices.
• Analytics and crash data help us understand usage and fix problems.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored and who receives it

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics) stores your account, profile, and diagnostic data. Firebase privacy

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time, directly in the app: open Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your authentication account and your profile document, including birth details. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@ca-elite.com. Children

Cosmic Glow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Email hello@ca-elite.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
